The Lion and Sun Front of Iran is a coordinated coalition and network of Iranian associations, organizations, civil society institutions, social activists and pro-freedom forces in different countries, established to strengthen solidarity, coordination and collective impact on the path to a free Iran.
The Front focuses on expanding dialogue, civic cooperation and public awareness, engaging with politicians, governments and international institutions, and supporting human rights, fundamental freedoms and democratic values.
Networking and Participation
The Front’s activities are organized on the basis of voluntary participation, cooperation among associations and civic networking. Members and participants work in areas such as public relations, media activities, civic and social programs, research, public dialogue, international cooperation and event organization.
The Lion and Sun Front of Iran supports cooperation and synergy among Iranians, associations and independent civic initiatives, and seeks to provide a platform for interaction, exchange of views and constructive cooperation among active forces within the Iranian community.
Why was this Front formed?
Experience in recent years has shown that one of the main challenges facing Iran’s freedom movement has been fragmentation and a lack of coordination among active forces.
As the Iranian people’s struggle enters a sensitive and decisive stage, the need for a common framework for cooperation, organization and effective action is greater than ever.
The Lion and Sun Front of Iran is a practical response to this need.
We regard Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi as the leader of Iran’s national revolution and a symbol of unity among pro-freedom forces, and we believe his role in building this solidarity is key and decisive.
Our Mission and Objectives
The primary focus of the Lion and Sun Front of Iran is communication, dialogue and engagement with Western politicians and governments, with the aim of supporting Iran’s Lion and Sun Revolution and recognition of Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi’s role in the transition from the Islamic Republic and in Iran’s flourishing after the fall of the regime.
Organizational Structure
The activities of the Lion and Sun Front of Iran are carried out through different sections and working groups based on voluntary participation, responsibility, expertise and collective coordination.
Coordination Council
The Coordination Council is responsible for overall coordination of activities, general planning and facilitating cooperation among members, associations and networks affiliated with the Front.
The Council focuses on coordinating projects, developing political and civic cooperation, internal communications and supporting joint activities.
Members of the Coordination Council contribute in areas including public relations, civic programs, media activities, international cooperation and event organization.
Media and Content Production
The Media and Content Production section is responsible for preparing, producing and publishing media, analytical and informational content across digital platforms, media outlets and social networks.
This section prepares reports, covers events, produces analytical materials, develops multimedia content and expands media relations, with the goal of providing professional, accurate and responsible public information.
Public Relations
The Public Relations section coordinates communications, manages digital content, publishes statements, and maintains contact with audiences, associations, media and civil society institutions.
This section focuses on public awareness, coverage of the Front’s activities and stronger connections between civic networks and Persian-speaking and international audiences.
Its activities are carried out through the voluntary cooperation of members and participants working in media, social networks and public relations.
International Cooperation
The International Cooperation section develops communication and dialogue with politicians, governments, institutions, networks, associations and political, civic and human-rights actors internationally.
It focuses on presenting the Front’s goals and views, building support for the Iranian people’s struggle, expanding international cooperation, exchanging experience and strengthening ties with the international community on human rights, civil liberties and democratic values.
Civic and Social Activities
This section focuses on expanding civic cooperation, social participation and support for public-awareness activities.
Members and volunteers cooperate through projects, public programs, meetings and social and cultural activities to create greater interaction and solidarity among Iranians and civic networks.
Research and Public Dialogue
This section prepares research and analytical materials, participates in public dialogue and examines issues related to Iran, civil society, human rights, fundamental freedoms, and political and social affairs.
Its goal is to broaden public awareness, encourage the exchange of views, support expert analysis and strengthen constructive dialogue among activists and audiences.
Members and Volunteers
Members and volunteers of the Lion and Sun Front of Iran contribute voluntarily in political, civic, media, research, social and public-relations fields.
Participation is based on free cooperation, responsibility, mutual respect and collective coordination, and individuals can contribute to different sections according to their abilities, experience and expertise.

Meetings and Dialogues
The Front participates in meetings, public dialogues and exchanges related to Iran, human rights, democracy, fundamental freedoms and political, social and civic issues.
Media Activities
The Front’s media activities include public information, content publishing, reports and analysis, event coverage and engagement with audiences through media outlets and social networks.
Statements and Public Positions
Within its political, civic and public objectives, the Lion and Sun Front of Iran publishes statements and public positions on issues related to Iran, human rights, social affairs and events of public concern.
Events and Meetings
Members and participants of the Front take part in events, rallies, meetings, conferences and gatherings related to political, civic, social and public activities.
These engagements may include dialogue with politicians, members of parliament, human-rights institutions, international organizations, Iranian associations and other pro-freedom forces.
Our Perspective
We believe that the Iranian people’s struggle can succeed only through solidarity, organization and broad cooperation among Iranians.
Solidarity can lead to lasting results when it is transformed into practical cooperation, responsibility, organization, mutual respect and purposeful participation.
The Lion and Sun Front of Iran seeks to turn this solidarity into a practical, coherent and effective movement—one that connects the capacities of Iranians inside and outside the country and strengthens the voice of the Iranian people’s struggle internationally.

How can you join the Front?
The Lion and Sun Front of Iran is a growing movement and invites all pro-freedom forces to join this path. There are three main ways to cooperate:
Associations and Organizations
Associations and organizations with continuous activity, a defined structure and a record of work can join the Lion and Sun Front of Iran as official members.
Political and Social Activists
Political, social, civic, media and human-rights activists can cooperate with the Front through working groups, projects and specialized activities.
Volunteers
Anyone interested can volunteer according to their abilities, experience and expertise in areas including media, public relations, research, event organization, civic activities and international cooperation.
