The Lion and Sun Front of Iran is a coordinated network of associations, civil society organizations, social activists, and Iranian civic actors in various countries, formed with the aim of strengthening cooperation, solidarity, and coordination among freedom-seeking and democracy-oriented Iranian forces.
This organization focuses on developing dialogue, civil cooperation, public awareness, engagement with international institutions, and support for democratic values, human rights, and fundamental freedoms.
The Front’s activities are organized on the basis of voluntary participation, cooperation among associations, and civil networking. Its members and participants collaborate in areas such as public relations, media activities, civic programs, research, public dialogues, and event organization.
The Lion and Sun Front of Iran supports cooperation and synergy among Iranians, associations, and independent civic initiatives, and seeks to provide a platform for interaction, exchange of views, and constructive cooperation among active forces within the Iranian community.
Organizational Structure
Coordination Council
The Coordination Council is responsible for the overall coordination of activities, general planning, and facilitating cooperation among members, associations, and affiliated networks.
The Council focuses on developing civil cooperation, coordinating projects, internal communications, and supporting joint activities. Its work is carried out on the basis of voluntary participation and collective cooperation.
Members of the Coordination Council are active in various fields, including public relations, civic programs, media activities, international cooperation, and event organization.
Media and Content Production
The Media and Content Production section is responsible for preparing, producing, and publishing media, analytical, and informational content across digital platforms and social media networks.
This section works on preparing reports, covering events, designing multimedia content, and developing media communications. It seeks to expand public information-sharing in a professional and responsible manner.
Public Relations
The Public Relations section is responsible for coordinating media activities, information-sharing, digital content management, and communication with audiences and civil society institutions.
This section focuses on public awareness, coverage of activities, publication of statements, and strengthening communication between civil networks and Persian-speaking as well as international audiences.
The activities of this section are carried out through the voluntary cooperation of members and participants in the fields of media, social networks, and public relations.
International Cooperation
The International Cooperation section is responsible for developing communication and dialogue with institutions, networks, associations, and civic and human rights activists at the international level.
This section focuses on expanding civil cooperation, exchanging experiences, participating in public dialogues, and strengthening engagement with the international community in the fields of human rights, civil liberties, and democratic values.
Civil and Social Activities
This section focuses on developing civil cooperation, social participation, and support for public and awareness-raising activities.
Members and volunteers cooperate through projects, public programs, meetings, and social and cultural activities in order to create greater interaction and solidarity among Iranians and civil networks.
